Home Cleaning Rates
There could be a one time cleaning fee added to the base price. This is to make up for the additional time it takes to detail your home on the first clean if the home has been neglected. The one time cleaning fee is a minimum of $50.00 but can go up depending on the degree of difficulty.
The fee will be waived if the home has been maintained or professionally cleaned.

These rates can vary depending on a few factors – Frequency, location, and degree of difficulty i.e
Pet hair, type of flooring throughout the home, amount of stuff to dust (nicknacks/decor)
Rates starting at:
- Up to 1,000 sqft: $110 per clean / $160 monthly
- 1,001-1,400 sqft: $140 per clean /$190 monthly
- 1,401-1,800 sqft: $160 per clean /$210 monthly
- 1,801-2,500 sqft $185 per clean / $235 monthly
- 2,501-3,000 sqft: $210 per clean / $260 monthly
- 3,001-3,500 sqft: $250 per clean / $300 monthly
- 3,501-4,000 sqft: $270 per clean / $320 monthly
- 4,001-4,500 sqft: $300 per clean / $350 monthly

Additional Tasks:
- Refrigerator Cleaning: $25.00
- Vacuum Furniture- Single chair $5.00 – Love seat / Sectional $10.00 each
- Laundry- Wash, Dry & Fold: $30.00 per load
- Load & Unload dishwasher: $20.00 per load
- Changing sheets on ONE bed included in cleaning price
- $10.00 additiona charge for each bed (must have spare sheets).
